WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE WELL'S RESIDENCY
The Well Collaborative residency program is designed to give prospective church planters basic training in personal leadership, theological acumen, and practical skills.
It is a 1 to 2 year program which is customizable to the individual. The residency is structured into four major sections. After each phase, the candidate will be evaluated for continuation.
PHASE 1 | HEART
The first phase consists of growing in self-awareness and personal leadership vulnerabilities.
PHASE 2 | HEAD
The second phase consists of developing the theological acumen necessary to become a lifelong learner of God in planting a church.
PHASE 3 | HANDS
The third phase transitions the candidate into a more practical skill based exercise in creating a church planting plan.
PHASE 4 | LAUNCH
The final phase involves moving to the launch area as well as finalizing any funding or partnership necessary for launch.
PLANT THROUGH PARTNERSHIP TIERS
WE BUILD A CUSTOMIZABLE RESIDENCY
Each phase of the residency program allows for candidates to benefit from the residency program without necessarily becoming a Well Church. Because the candidate is evaluated at the conclusion of each phase, the opportunity is provided for the candidate to exit the residency with the blessing of The Well Collaborative after any phase. The further the candidate progresses through the residency the more partnership opportunities are afforded to the planter.
