The Well Churches exist to create Christ-devoted communities, which transform their cities. We imagine a world where new gospel preaching churches are springing up all over Colorado to see lives transformed by the gospel. The Well Collaborative exists to provide resources, training, and equipping for the building up of churches and sending of church plants.

The Well Collaborative is a network of churches which are connected by a common vision to plant churches which are gospel-centered, authentic, missional, and joyful. It provides churches with resources and church planters with training. The Well Collaborative also hosts internships for those looking to develop and grow as leaders.

The Well Collaborative is not denominationally affiliated. We are committed to church planting around a certain set of core values and theological convictions. The Well Collaborative is a ministry of The Well Church. It is not a governing body and does not have church members.

You line up with our Statement of Faith.

Our values, are your values.

The gospel is what saves and sanctifies us. It is God, his kingdom, and the life, death and resurrection of Jesus. We want to be a people marked by the gospel in every sphere of life. This means we recognize our need for a savior continually and look for gospel opportunities in all of life.

We want to be community marked by relational authenticity. No one is perfect. We should anticipate difficulty and hardships in relating to one another as well as the joy that comes in reconciliation. Hiding our sin and shame does nothing but destroy us personally and communally. Everyone from pastors to babies are in need of God’s grace. We value vulnerability in community. A disposition of vulnerability builds trust, empathy, and love for others.

We are a community that operates as a team of missionaries. We were sent here to love God and love all people. We take on the attitude of a learner with respect to the culture around us and seek to contextualize the gospel appropriately in our setting. In a similar way that the Son of God became the man Jesus, we want to enter into the lives of the people in our neighborhoods and cities to talk about the hope of Jesus with them.

We want to worship God in all we do. The overflow of our identity in Christ are good works which promote the good of the world and His glory. We want to be a people who are marked by worship in all areas of life so that family, work and play are all places where God is worshipped rightly. Joyful living means loving and working hard, being faithful where God has placed you, and seeking the good of the community around you.
