UNDERSTAND OUR CHURCH PLANTING ETHIC

The Well is passionate about church planting because church planting is one of the best ways to introduce new people to Jesus. Our church planting ethic begins with the gospel story and personality and gifting of the church planter. This allows The Well to establish churches from church planters who know why they do what they do.

The Well Longmont is a church plant from The Well. Rather than starting a campus wherein governance and finances are centrally located, The Well Longmont retains all of its own giving and leadership. It functions as it’s own church separate from The Well Boulder. The main ethos between The Well Boulder and The Well Longmont is that we could be better together than apart. Philip and Julie Woods planted The Well Longmont in 2019.
