WHAT TO EXPECT
The Well internships are designed to help those interested in church leadership grow in their experience and knowledge regarding ecclesial practices and beliefs. Internships at The Well are designed to develop leaders and send them out feeling equipped to serve well in local church ministry.
Internships at The Well are not restricted to those called to vocational ministry. Instead, the hope is for the internship program to benefit any Christian looking for church leadership experience.
TRAINING IN THEOLOGY AND EMOTIONAL HEALTH
Interns will grow in their theological understanding through training in theology and the mission of God. They will grow in emotional/spiritual health through self-evaluation and discipleship. They will grow in practical ministry experience as they see ministry modeled through others, serve alongside leaders in the church, and take personal ownership of ministry at The Well.
BONUS
If your degree program offers internship credit opportunities, we will work to ensure you meet all of the criteria for college credit.
